COVID-19 Health & Safety Advisory to Aspen Institute España Event Attendees

Aspen Institute España regards the health and safety of participants and its staff as our highest priority, and is committed to doing its part to end the COVID-19 pandemic.

In line with sanitary measures in our country, read below the health and safety measures we will be taking for our event attendees to minimize the risk of transmission or spread of COVID-19.

• Wear a mask is mandatory indoors*,
• Please, wash your hands frequently and use sanitary gel.
• Always keep the recommended safety distance of at least 1.5m.

*Those who have a medical exemption must inform the organisation and show the certificate before taking part in any activity.

As an extraordinary measure, seminar attendees must show the EU Covid Digital Certificate, and, in the case of those coming from non-European countries, one of the following documents: full vaccination certificate, a negative Covid-19 diagnostic test within the last 72 hours in the case of the PCR test and 48 hours for the rapid antigen tests, or a Covid-19 recovery certificate within the last 6 months.
