Aspen-Cardona Seminar “Leadership and Values in Europe”
Aspen Institute España will hold the 8th edition of its Aspen Seminar for Young Leaders, entitled Aspen–Cardona Seminar: “Leadership and Values in Europe”, from 12 to 14 June 2026. The seminar will bring together 25 young leaders between the ages of 22 and 35 from a wide range of sectors across society. The seminar will take place at El Vilar de la Duquessa, in Cardona.
Following the model of the leadership programs developed over many years by Aspen Institute España , the Aspen–Cardona Seminar on “Leadership and Values in Europe” addresses contemporary political, moral, and social challenges through the discussion of classical and modern texts from political philosophy and literature. Moderated using the Socratic method applied in other Aspen España programs, the seminar does not seek to reach specific conclusions or consensus, but rather to enhance the quality of our questions and deepen the debate on the challenges of leadership in the 21st century, as well as on enduring questions surrounding human values.
Aspen Institute España is an independent foundation and a partner of the Aspen Institute in the United States.
