The Uninhabitable Earth: Life After Warming

On October 1st, 2019 Aspen Institute España celebrated a new Aspen Espresso session presented by David Wallace-Wells, Associate Editor at New York Magazine, and author of “The Uninhabitable Earth: Life After Warming” (Tim Duggan Books, 2019).

The session eponymously titled “The Uninhabitable Earth: Life After Warming” entertained a debate on the consequences of the current ecological crisis, and the need to imagine and promote a different future for our planet.

Aspen Ideas Espresso is a forum for discussion on current issues for emerging leaders from different sectors of the society, many of whom have already participated in Aspen Institute España programs. On the occasion of the publication of books or important events, we bring together a group of people for a discussion with experts on topics such as geopolitics, new technologies, leadership, energy, and the international economy.
