The science of longevity

¿When do we start getting old? Answering this question is no easy task, as it hinges upon myriad factors: genetic, environmental and even social… However, research has reached a consensus on the importance of an early start in paying attention to our bodies and our minds, adopting healthy habits from a young age, so that we can enjoy our later years.

Doctor José Viña, a globally renowned specialist in longevity, teaches us how to counter the passing of time in this book. Drawing evidence from the most recent scientific studies, and using simple and approachable language, he reveals to us the keys to a long, healthy life. In such a way, we can learn to take care of ourselves today… so that we do not have to be taken care of tomorrow.
