Aspen Institute España celebrates a new edition of the Justice and Civil Society Seminar in collaboration with the Fundación Antonio Hernández Gil and with sponsorships by Nueva Mutua Sanitaria and Fundación Mutualidad de la Abogacía.  The title of the seminar is “Justice and Literature” and it will be held in La Granja, Segovia.

The seminar is an opportunity to debate on the consitutional value of justice in democratic societies using a selection of reading as a common starting point.  The seminar will be celebrated over two days and attended by two expert moderators whose role is to formulate questions about the readings and guide the conversation. The seminar is celebrated under the Chatham House Rule and using the Aspen Method as it’s used by all Aspen Institutes accross the globe.

The moderators will be Román Gil Alburquerque, Aspen Fellow, lawyer specialized in labor law and Partner at Sagardoy Abodagos, and Marian Ahumada, Professor on Constitutional Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid and Aspen Fellow.
