Geopolitics Program

The Geopolitics Program, in its first edition, aims to bring together a wide range of experts with the goal of generating far-reaching debates on urgent geopolitical issues. This initiative is structured around a seminar that follows the distinctive Aspen Institute methodology: Socratic dialogue, diversity of participants, and the discussion of classical and contemporary texts that encourage reflection and debate, under the Chatham House rule. The program seeks to foster values-based leadership, commitment to shared values and is grounded in a humanistic vision of power and international relations. The inaugural seminar of the Geopolitics Program will take place in Bilbao from 18 to 20th of February and will feature a keynote address by Michael Ignatieff.
