She is the creator of MyWord, a data analysis company contributing, among others, to the Observatorio program for Cadena Ser. She has been the President of the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (CIS) (Center for Sociological Investigations). She earned a doctorate in Political Science and Sociology from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, holds a master in Social Sciences from the Instituto Juan March de Estudios e Investigaciones, where she is also a doctor member. For the last 15 years, she has acted as a consultant on public relations and public opinion. She was a professor at the Universidad Complutense for seven years, and an investigator in numerous universities abroad. She has authored two books and a number of academic articles.

He earned a doctorate from the University of California in San Diego specializing in game theory, experimental economics, industrial organization, the economics of networks, and mechanism design also known as reverse game theory. He is an associate editor at the Journal of the European Economic Association and SERIEs, and was previously the editor of BEPress Journal of Economic Analysis and Policy and the magazine Investigaciones Económicas. Director of Wayra Spain (Telefonica’s start-up accelerator, with full-time academies in both Barcelona and Madrid). He is also an associate professor and the entrepreneur-in-residence at IE Business School and was previously the managing director of the Venture Lab at IE Business School. In 2006, Gary founded nuroa.es (a property search engine operational in 12 countries) with his business partner, Oriol Blasco. To date, nuroa has raised more than €3 million in financing. Prior to founding nuroa, Gary worked as a corporate lawyer specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Barcelona and Madrid, and as a summer litigation association at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, Washington DC.
Alejandro Beltrán de Miguel

He is a member of the firm's board of directors and the global director of talent and people. Since joining McKinsey in 1998, Alejandro has worked for a large number of leading international companies in their selected sectors, primarily in the areas of Corporate Finance and Strategy, and in the areas of Banking and Infrastructure. He has also participated in various transformations in the public sector. In the past, Alejandro was the leader of the Corporate Finance and Private Equity practices at Iberia. Currently, he is a member of the team of leaders of the Banking and Infrastructure practices. He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Navarra, and has an MBA from IESE.

As a former Fulbright Fellow granted by the United States-Spain Fulbright Commission, she holds a Master’s in Security Policy, with a concentration in technology and cybersecurity, from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University (Washington, DC). She also holds a MA degree in International Relations from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Double Bachelor on Sociology and Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad de Valencia (Spain) and Université Paris X (Paris, France).

Nika Prislan joined Aspen Institute España as Program Manager in 2018. Previously she worked as Advisor in the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Relations with the Parliament at the Ministry of the Presidency and for Territorial Administrations in Spain. She has also worked as Program Coordinator and Project Coordinator of Europe’s Digital Power at the Madrid office of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) and Parliamentary Advisor for the EU and Foreign Affairs at the Spanish Congress. Nika holds an M.A. in International Politics & Europe from the University of Warwick and a B.A. in European Studies & Politics from the University of Essex. She speaks Spanish, English, Slovene and Polish and has basic knowledge of German and Russian.
