The seminar will take place over two days and the debates will be led by two moderators whose role is to formulate questions based on the readings and guide the discussion towards the principle questions the seminar aims to address. The debate will be conducted according to Chatham House Rules and the general principles of Aspen Institute activities around the world.
Román Gil Alburquerque, Aspen Institute España Fellow, lawyer specialized in labor law and Partner at Sagardoy Abogados, and Marian Ahumada, Aspen Institute España Fellow and Professor of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid, moderated the seminar.
