Claudio Aranzadi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales of Bilbao and a degree in Economics from the University of Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne). In the public sector, he has been President of INI, Minister (of Industry and Energy, and of Industry, Trade and Tourism) and Ambassador to the OECD. In the private sector, he has worked in the banking sector (Banco de Vizcaya, BBV, BBVA), has been President of Bravo Solution España, and consultant in the energy area, he has also been Visiting Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and is Coordinator of the publication "Energy and Geostrategy".

Professor at the Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence and a fellow of Hertford College at the University of Oxford. She is the recipient of the Herbert A. Simon 2021 award for outstanding research in computer science and philosophy. She is the author of the acclaimed book Privacy Is Power (Debate) and editor of the Oxford Handbook of Digital Ethics. She advises policy makers around the world on privacy and the ethics of artificial intelligence.

Dr Valentín Fuster combines roles as General Director of the Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Cardiovasculares Carlos III (CNIC) in Madrid and Director of the Cardiovascular Institute and Physician-in-Chief at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York. He is also Editor in Chief of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), the main source of clinical news and analysis in cardiovascular medicine, published by the American College of Cardiology.
